These wretched scammers really get on my nerves! Honestly, it's as if they have nothing better to do. I’m constantly bombarded with a flurry of nuisance calls from all sorts of numbers, including this one. The caller was exceptionally unpleasant and insistent, pretending to be from some insurance firm, insisting that they were there to sort out a payout for an accident I don’t even remember having. It's utterly ridiculous!

Every time I tell them there's no emergency or ambulance needed, they keep calling back from different numbers. I'm pretty sure they're using spoofed phones because the number changes almost every time they ring. No wonder the TPS can't seem to do anything about it.

I picked up but there was complete silence on the other end, so I just ended the call.

They called me saying it was about a small accident I supposedly had, which isn’t true at all. Just guessing they were trying their luck.

some lady rang me up asking if id been in a car crash. i just said yes even though it wasnt true. she went on and on about how i could get a second compensation or something. i tried asking her what cars were actually part of the accident and she said id get all the details later. i told her that info should be clear now, then she just cut me off and hung up. the call sounded really scratchy and she kept moving away from the phone.

i got a missed call from a number that was just a few digits different from others ive seen reported. looks like a bunch of similar numbers get calls marked as scams, often about money stuff, like some dodgy financial pitch. I'm guessing it's probably a call centre running a scheme like this. has anyone actually picked up on any of these numbers and what happened?
