Got a call from a man who asked for me, using my first name, saying it was about a small car accident I supposedly had. I told him I dont have a driving licence and dont drive at all... Then he suggested maybe someone else in the house had an accident. I replied that no one here drives. After that, he just ended the call!

Someone called me claiming I’d been in an accident within the last year and a half, which definitely wasn’t true. When I told him this, he said he’d take it off my record or something. What really freaked me out was how he seemed to know my thoughts or something, which was a bit creepy!

Got a call from someone with a Glaswegian accent sayin' it was about a motor accident. Told the lass to remove my details and not to ring again. Of course, the very next day they were back at it, but luckily I blocked the number quick enough. Definitely a scam. Proper annoyed that I gave my number to some petrol price comparison site - pretty sure that’s why I’ve been getting these calls.

the caller claimed to be from some motor accident claims place. they kept insisting i'd been in an accident and there was a cheque ready for me. but the spot they mentioned wasnt anywhere i had been around that time. they were really pushy about me getting that cheque. I kept telling them to remove me from their list and stop phoning, but I’m not holding my breath that they’ll actually do it.
