Today I got a call from someone saying they were with my insurance and talking about a car crash. I told them loads of times I don’t even have a car, but they just kept saying “you had an accident last year.” When I finally told the bloke to quit trying to scam folks and find real work, he just cut the call. Totally dodgy.

Got a call from some guy claiming to be with an accident claims team about a car crash that apparently happened a couple of years back. I acted like I couldn't remember anything and kept asking loads of questions. After a while, I caught on that it was a scam, and then the bloke just ended the call.

I received a call from what claimed to be an accident helpline, insisting that I had been involved in a mishap. However, as soon as I requested her to clarify which organisation she represented, she abruptly cut the line! Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
