As soon as I picked up, the call suddenly dropped out of nowhere.

Got a call from this number earlier and the moment I said my name, they quickly dropped the call. It's apparently Together Energy, and I reckon they must have got the info about me switching suppliers. Honestly, their prices are way too expensive and their billing system seems quite rubbish, so I’m definitely moving to someone else.

Actually, this was a call from Together Energy’s customer support, so it’s not some dodgy scam or anything.

My nan got a call from this number saying they were her new energy company since the old one went bust. They asked for her address info but I told them if they want anything from her, they should send it all in writing first and we’ll sort it out that way.
