Got a call from some "Together Energy" call centre lads pushing their energy deals... honestly, avoid it. I'd say just stick to big price comparison websites like Money Saving Expert to find the deal that actually suits your energy use best. Much easier and safer that way.

I’m also dealing with this, was an ex-OneSelect client moved over to Together Energy. They keep taking the money from my bank via direct debit but I’ve never had any proper contact. Whenever I pick up their calls, the line just gets cut off on me.

I've got a big credit with them, yet they ignore my emails and claim my email and password are invalid. Funny how they’re quick to take money out via direct debit, though. I’m absolutely livid.

Tried leaving them because their prices aren’t great, but they won’t let me switch even though their automatic emails say it’s fine. When they first called me, I rang them back on this number and had a proper chat about switching suppliers and looking at different tariffs. They seemed OK with that at the time. But after that, they kept ringing me repeatedly and then just hanging up on me. It’s really annoying and feels like total harassment. Not happy at all.

Just came across something on a different website saying that this number is from Together Energy, calling people who used to be with One Select. When One Select collapsed, their clients got moved over to Together Energy. Seems like they're ringing up to persuade you to switch tariffs.

I got a call from Together Energy, they recently took over customers from One Select after One Select went bust. If you don’t pick up quickly, they just seem to hang up, maybe it costs them to keep the call going. It rang but no one said anything, then they ended the call. So yeah, that number definitely belongs to Together Energy.

This number rang me, but when I answered, there was nothing but silence. Seems like an auto dialler to me, though usually they leave some sort of message. I tried calling it back and got put on hold with a standard message saying they’d connect me to the next free person. Some folks reckon it might be Together Energy, which makes sense since I’ve just switched over from OneSelect. If this is how they get in touch with customers, I’m not sure I want to stay with them.

Got a call from some dodgy bloke with an American accent saying he was from an energy supplier called 'Together One Select'. They somehow knew I’d just changed my provider and started chatting about my current tariff being different from what was on the confirmation letter I’d only gotten a short while ago. They were pushing me to switch my tariff and maybe ask for more info. Honestly, it gave off major scam vibes to me.
