I became extremely frustrated with receiving continuous, silent calls, so I decided to take action and contact the caller. Upon calling back, I was greeted with a pre-recorded message stating that the call was from a company called Duraflow. The message mentioned that if I called the number 0141 345 0031, they would remove my number from their calling list. Given that we operate a business, it is possible that they have dialed various numbers. However, I managed to speak with a polite gentleman at the 0031 number and requested our removal from their calling list. Now, we will patiently wait to see if they follow through on their promise.

When I googled "Duraflow CHS," I found this: 12 Dec 2017 - Central Heating Sales (CHS) offer flexible payment options - acting as a credit broker to set up finance deals for new boilers or central heating systems. If the lender agrees, you get to spread the cost of your new installation across monthly payments. Pretty clear it’s just a finance company trying to fund your boiler swap. I've blocked them now.
