I told him we weren’t switching to npower and informed him of the new supplier we’d actually picked. Then he told me to cancel the npower deal since we never gave the go-ahead. He said if he cancels npower, we’d technically stay with Flow Energy but would have to re-sign with our new supplier. Considering Flow Energy quoted us £185 a month just for electricity, it’s clear why we want out. I rang npower to check why they were supposedly making the switch without our okay, and they said they had no idea and we weren’t on their system. I also spoke to the new supplier who confirmed what the national database shows - we are signed up properly with them.
