got a call from a different number supposedly from bt warning me my internet would cut off in a day because of some illegal stuff on my router. i pressed 1 like they asked and got connected to someone in a call centre who started saying they had to fix my router and wanted to get into my computer. i didn’t hang about and just ended the call and blocked them straight away.

I got a call from someone saying they were from TalkTalk, claiming my internet was at risk. They warned me they'd cut off my connection if I didn't follow their instructions!
