4 yearsFraudulent call centre from Pakistan! Avoid at all costs!Pakistan4 yearsReceived a message claiming that my Lloyds bank account had been breached, urging me to ring a specific number for details. However, as I don’t even hold an account with Lloyds, I strongly suspect it’s nothing but a phishing attempt.Lloyds4 yearsClaimed to be from a debt recovery agency and wanted me to verify my information. Absolutely not, I told them I've got no debts whatsoever. Then they piped up about the government getting involved. It's clearly a scam, just ignore it!4 yearsI've been receiving calls from someone purporting to be with a debt advisory service, and it's the same chap each time. He sounds like he might have a Pakistani or Indian accent. Whenever I inquire about the debts he's claiming I owe and who exactly is behind these claims, he cuts the conversation short and hangs up. I’ve repeatedly requested that my number gets taken off their list, but, lo and behold, they just call again the very next day, as if I’m just going to forget! It's always this one same bloke without fail! I can’t help but think it’s all a dodgy scheme.4 yearsI’ve been getting persistent calls from this number, claiming to represent some sort of debt management firm. No matter how hard I try to block them, they just keep ringing me from various numbers. The most recent one I came across today ends in 5655. Quite the nuisance, I must say!4 yearsGot a right bother today with these debt helpline chaps. They rang from two different numbers, claiming they weren’t after selling me anything. But let’s face it, it’s obviously a dodgy operation, probably sat in some back office trying to fish for my bank info. Best to steer clear of them - they’re proper dodgy!4 yearsReceived a call from this number claiming to be a debt helpline, but it seems to be originating from a Manchester area code. They’re attempting to fish for my banking information under the guise of offering assistance, yet it’s clearly a scam. Just despicable behaviour, honestly!Manchester4 yearsWhat’s with all the incessant calls? It's rather perplexing!4 yearsFraudulent activity spotted!4 yearsI received a call from this number today. Since I've been bombarded with similar calls from various numbers around the same time each day, I decided to ignore it. They didn't leave any voicemail. It's clearly some kind of scam, without a doubt.4 yearsUtterly despicable!4 yearsI had a jolly old call from this number at exactly 16:36 today. When I picked up, I was greeted by a chappy with an Indian or Pakistani accent who didn’t bother to introduce himself, claiming to represent the 'Debt Advice Line'. After their usual spiel, they informed me that there was some sort of notification lodged against my name regarding unsecured debts. I couldn't help but respond with a touch of sarcasm, saying "Oh, really?" They pretended to not quite grasp what I was getting at, so I pressed on, asking, "I said really, so what are these alleged debts then?" That seemed to throw them off, and before I knew it, they hung up. Knowing full well how these dodgy blokes operate, they were probably using a VoIP service. Nice try indeed! 😏Submit Your Own Report (0141 260 5661)
