most of the calls kick off with them saying they’re aware i’ve had a car crash with a vehicle in my name, supposedly told to them by the traffic accident office. i always ask them how they got the info and what kind of crash it was. sometimes they give a few extra details, but other times they just stick to saying the rta dept told them.

What a right pain this caller is! They never bother to leave a message or reveal their identity. When I rang back using a hidden number, it turned out to be someone hounding me to buy life insurance. Absolutely exasperating and so relentless!
