Today I woke up to a RESOLVECALL card shoved through my letterbox, with a name I don’t recognise at all. The bell never rang, they just slid the card in without any warning. I even took a pic of the person’s face. After reading what other people are saying, I’m convinced it’s a scam. I’m actually waiting for them to come back and try to get money from me, but I live just five minutes from the police station, so I’ll be ringing them right away if they do. Watch out for this company - they’re definitely up to no good! The number on the card was 0141 212 8450, total scammer.

Got a missed call from a number, 0141 212 8450, said it was from Resolvecall or something like that. Left a note asking them to get in touch. Not quite sure what they wanted, but the call seemed to be from somewhere in Camden, London. Strange one really.

That number they put on the card? Total scam, avoid calling it.

Got a knock on my door earlier and found this letter left behind about some "resolved call". Honestly, it smells like a scam to me and I wouldn't trust anyone showing up at your home like that. Stay careful, folks!

Received a note pushed through my letterbox about contacting head office regarding unpaid bills for a person I've never heard of. I phoned them back from a private number and they picked up immediately. After checking my address and postcode, they told me the number's no longer on their system. Bit anxious now, because I might have dialled the phone number on the card, which isn't the same as the one I found online. Didn't share anything except my address, so hoping that's alright.

Got a card shoved through my door about some account issues. Problem is, I dont owe anything, so I just ignored the message asking me to call. Its been a good couple of months now and nobody’s chased me up again. Looks like the number they left isn’t the official one for ResolveCall and this might be some sneaky scammers having a go.

I wasn’t home when a bloke came around my place and left a handwritten note about Resolvecall with a phone number on it. When I saw it, I looked it up here like I usually do. Since I don’t have any debts, I called the online contact they gave, but something felt off - they picked up straight away! The guy assured me the number’s genuine, but honestly, turning up unannounced like that felt really creepy and a bit dodgy.

Today I found a card in my letterbox from them, no knock at all. I checked the number online first and read the reviews, so grateful I didn’t call. They sent me a letter before as well. I’m debt-free, so this was a bit suspicious. Thanks for the heads up 😅

Today some guy slipped a card through my door and then went over to my neighbour saying he’d left one at mine too. I was actually in at the time, so why didn’t he just knock? I’ve now had three different letters from these folks - one Argos card and two from banks I’ve never used or applied to. They’re such pests. Whenever I look up their phone numbers, they’re always scammers. Really hope they cut it out soon because it’s driving me mad! 🤬

These folks came round today saying I owed some money to Lloyds Bank from way back in 2001. I’ve been banking with Lloyds ever since I left school 41 years ago, so I’d have thought they’d told me if that was true. Anyway, they’ve now backed off and shut the whole thing down.

This number belongs to Resolvecall Limited, a debt collection company from Scotland. They work for banks, councils, and other groups chasing debts. Around here in Crawley, they've been spotted driving small vans and wearing black clothes, kinda intimidating people. A neighbour of ours had them come by last year over a minor debt.

For weeks now, I’ve been getting calls from various phone numbers, and today a card from a firm called Resolve Call was left at my door. I’ve never come across them before, plus I definitely don’t owe any money dating back to 2003. After chatting with the police, they advised me not to call the company but instead to send them a letter explaining that the debt is more than six years old, so they have to drop it and stop bothering me.

Got an email at my work account about some upcoming house inspection. Then, out of the blue, a bloke turned up saying he was from resolvecall. We don’t owe anything, so we questioned him, and after that, he said sorry and shut down the account. They claimed we had a debt of £295 dating back to 2002. Total scam, be careful and don’t give out your details.

Got some letters claiming I owe cash, which is rubbish as I never have! Then, on 27th September 2023, someone scruffy turned up knocking at my door, wearing a lanyard from ResolveCall, asking for the name mentioned in the letters. I told him I wasn’t interested and shut the door. He left a note though. If he shows up again, I’m definitely ringing the police straight away! I probably should’ve done it when he was here, but caught me off guard really.

Got a call from 01413128450 around 11 pm on 8th April 2023. Then out of nowhere, they sent me two letters claiming I owe £400 on a credit card I've never even had. I blocked the calls and didn’t answer, but after the second letter, I emailed them. Later that same evening, someone kept banging on my door nonstop, trying to get me to answer. I just ignored it at first, but eventually had a look and found a card stuck through my letterbox saying to call urgently. I looked up the number and realised it’s a scam from Glasgow. Pretty creepy.

So a card was slipped through my door with this name and number on it, which felt off right away. I looked it up online and came across this website saying it's a known scam. Honestly, best to steer clear of it and report it if you get one. Don't bother calling back, just block and forget it.

Haha, probably most of these folks moaning are just behind on their payments or something with debt. Debt collectors calling again, usual story!

Got two notes shoved through my letterbox claiming they’d rung, but I was home all day and no one ever actually knocked. They’d left two separate messages with different call times, both in the same envelope. I rang them up to discuss and asked for an email detailing what the debt was about. They agreed to send it but when I mentioned I’d looked them up and found they were a fake company, they just hung up and never bothered to call back. Total scam.

Someone from a company called Resolvecall came knocking at my door the other day. Seems they're involved in debt collection. I told him to get lost, as I reckon it was all a dodgy operation. He even slipped a note through my letterbox with a number to call, 01412128450, supposedly the Paisley head office. I haven't bothered to ring and, frankly, I've got no clue who or what I’m supposedly in debt to!

I’ve been getting loads of letters and calls from them saying I owe a debt from over ten years ago. Even if it were true, which I doubt, that debt should be barred by now and they have no right to keep bothering me after all this time!

Got a card dropped through my door from resolvecall 01412128450 about some account with a reference number and a request to get in touch regarding my situation during the pandemic. They’ve tried ringing me a few times before but I didn’t pick up, just ended up hearing some weird noises and music in the background. I don’t owe them anything though.

I had some bailiffs showing up at my place in their own personal cars, and guess what? They didn’t even have business insurance. When I pointed this out, they just disappeared quick as that. It’s a proper trick to get them off your back. If you get debt collectors turning up, try mentioning that - they usually back off. Brilliant really.

Avoid those debt collectors, they're just out to scam you by fishing for your details without even telling you what the debt is for. Just give them the cold shoulder and use that cash on something nice for yourself instead, honestly! Haha.

So, this weird bloke showed up at my door, shoved a call card with some odd name on it in my face and then legged it before I could even get there. I rang the number on the card afterwards and made it clear to them - don’t ever come anywhere near my house again!

Today I found a card pushed through my letterbox from a bloke who apparently came by but didnt bother to knock, I only spotted him because of my cctv. I've cleared all my debts recently and never heard a peep from this firm before. On top of that, they’re pushing this during the covid times and the guy wasn’t even wearing a mask! I’m definitely going to take this up with the proper people.

Had bailiffs from resolvecall showing up and banging on my door like three times, even tapping on the windows, and they were proper aggressive. I have cptsd, and by the time I managed to get downstairs, they’d already left. My mental health is pretty fragile, and if they'd stayed, things could’ve got really bad. I can't handle confrontations - been through too much already. Just hoping this serves as a heads-up to any bailiffs out there: if you’re gonna knock, show a bit of respect.
