I got a call where no one said anything, and not long after, like in five minutes, I received a spam call warning me that my account was hacked.

I reckon they're just ringing to check if someone's there, then later they'll either hound you with adverts or pass your number onto other spammers claiming it’s active. Best to just block them straight away! What a pain!
