5 yearsI got a call from someone claiming to be from Sky, but then they said it was Sky Refunds, which they insisted is a totally different company. They told me I had a refund waiting. I told them I’d already spoken to Sky and they said they don’t make calls like that. When I asked them to just pay the refund if it was legit, they said they needed my date of birth again.
