Got a call from some dodgy woman with a thick accent, claiming to be from BT's IT team. She said her name was 'Kim Wilson' or summat like that. If you’re with BT, can’t recommend enough that you get on their 1572 service - it’s free and helps block all these annoying calls after the first ring. Proper handy for getting rid of these scammers!

I had a rather bizarre encounter with someone who claimed to be from BT. They started spouting nonsense about my computer being hacked and then shockingly made an inappropriate comment about my daughter. It was utterly absurd!
