They didn’t bother to say anything and just cut the call.

This number showed up as spam, but I picked up anyway. The moment I did, they just dropped the call right away. I gave them a ring back but of course, no one picked up. If you sign up with the Telephone Preference Service, it’s against the law for these kinds of calls to bother you!

Some bloke with an Indian accent rang me claiming to be from the "public health centre" trying to check on my vaccination record. I was knackered of these sorts of calls so just ended the call straight away without a word. It’s getting really tedious having to deal with these scam calls all the time.
