Claiming to be O2 regarding a phone upgrade, this screams fraud all over it! Absolute scam, for sure!

Received two calls today. Both times, there was nothing but silence, and then a beep once I answered. I reckon it’s likely a telemarketing outfit or some sort of call centre operation.
