I rang them but it just went straight to voicemail, no idea who or what company it was from.

I got a call from some bloke claiming there was an issue with my computer, something about Microsoft. He asked me to make some changes on my machine to 'prevent scams'. I told him straight away it sounded dodgy and ended the call.
