Got a call saying my internet would be cut off in 4 hours, then to press one to talk to my provider about a replacement router. Didn’t even stay on the line to hear the rest - seemed dodgy. Surely you don’t need a new router just to get your internet reconnected. Best thing to do is just hang up if you get one of these calls.
