A young lady of Asian descent rang me up claiming that my BT connection was wreaking havoc on their servers and implying that my computer was bound to be lagging more and more. I found it rather astonishing, given the fact that I'm not even a BT customer, and I made it clear I wouldn’t be taken in by her little ruse, urging her to cease calling. She promptly disconnected. Interestingly, the three calls I had received prior to this one were nothing more than dead air when I picked up.
