Got a call from some Indian call centre who kept insisting they were calling from the UK, but when I checked it out, turns out they were actually from a place in the US. They wanted me to give over my personal info, claiming to be from a firm called FOF or First Option Finance. Thing is, that company’s based in Florida, not anywhere in the UK. Felt a bit dodgy to me.
