1 yearI rang Out Of Hours at 8.19pm and was told I had to see a doctor within six hours, and a home visit would be arranged. They phoned me back twice, once at 9.57pm and again at 10.10pm, to say the doctor was running late. Then I got a text at 8.05am saying Out Of Hours had shut and I should contact my GP instead. Later, at 8.46am, they called again to tell me the same thing - Out Of Hours was closed and I needed to ring my GP. Very frustrating!2 yearsI got a phone call at 1 AM on the 4th of April, 2024, and honestly, I was utterly baffled by what the person on the other end was rambling on about. Not a clue whatsoever!2 yearsCalled me when I wasn’t working, bit annoying really.2 yearsThis morning at the unholy hour of 3am, I received a rather unwelcome phone call from this number. Strangely enough, I had contacted 111 the day before. It’s quite baffling, as I reside nowhere near Exeter, so a callback from that area makes little sense. This certainly warrants further investigation, don’t you think?111Exeter2 yearsLooks like it was the 111 NHS service calling me back. They said they’d checked my husband’s blood tests and it was urgent he goes straight to A&E. Funny thing was, whenever I picked up the call from this number, I couldn’t hear what they were saying.
