Got a call from a woman called Nicki, sounded Indian, trying to sell loft insulation. She kept pushing even after I said no a bunch of times. Finally, she realised I wasn't interested and I've blocked the number now.

I kept asking this bloke with an Indian accent who he was asking for, but he just wouldn’t say. He kept checking if he was talking to someone specific, but wouldn’t give a name. After me pestering him for a bit, he just got annoyed and hung up. Honestly, I see that as a little victory.

these calls are really getting on my nerves. sometimes the caller ID shows unknown, other times it just says united states. after doing a bit of digging online, i reckon it’s some kind of automated alert from the local education authority.
