I received a recorded call from my bank's security team regarding some alarming activities; they mentioned an unauthorised withdrawal of £300 on my debit card for Amazon and an additional £1100 via a bank transfer. Undoubtedly, it's a scam.

Received a call from someone purporting to be ‘Kevin’ claiming he was with BT. He mentioned that my internet connection appeared alarmingly sluggish according to their records. He went on about how he could guide me in measuring my internet speed and supposedly enhance it at no cost right away! I didn’t buy it, hung up promptly.
