No one spoke when I answered. Had a look online and loads of people say it’s some kind of scam.

Got two calls within half an hour. The first was completely silent. Then the next person said they were from TalkTalk support and told me my computer was apparently downloading dangerous software. When I told them I wasn't going to do what they asked, they started shouting and swearing at me.
