I received a rather alarming call claiming to be from HMRC, asserting they were putting out an arrest warrant in my name. The caller introduced herself as "Jennifer Coleman" from HMRC and, to my surprise, she had my full name! Quite unsettling, really. I've since blocked the number!

Someone rang claiming to be from EDF, but after checking here, that definitely wasn’t the case. Oddly enough, they mentioned our meter numbers like they knew them or something.

Got a call from someone saying they're with EDF Energy's meter reading team. They were clearly fishing for details about who supplies my electricity. Told them I'd not share any info, but they just kept phoning me again and again, really pushing it.

Got a call supposedly from HMRC saying if I didn’t cough up, they’d send the cops after me. Total scam, really dodgy. Just blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from some woman saying she was from Vodafone, telling me I'd won a new phone for being such a loyal customer. Thing is, I've never even been with Vodafone before! What a load of rubbish.

Got a ring from someone saying they were Jennifer Coleman from HMRE or something. They never said my name but kept going on about a lawsuit against me and told me to ring back asap. Sounds dodgy to me, so I'm not falling for it. Definitely seems like a scam.

Got this automated call saying I had some lawsuit going on and it’s my final warning or something. Definitely ignore and don’t bother calling back.

Don’t pick up, it’s a scam. HMRC always sends letters first, they wouldn’t just text and tell you things like that over the phone.

In just one week, I've gotten two calls from this number, 01392581625, pretending to be HMRC. They left a really unpleasant, threatening voicemail but didn’t even bother to use my name, probably coz they have no info on me. I went ahead and blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from this number earlier, the person on the line said they were from hmrc and said i was in big trouble. I didn’t pick up but sounds like one of those dodgy scam calls to me.
