I received a phone call from someone purporting to be from Virgin Media, claiming that my email account was linked to a chap named James in Russia. He insisted that I should collaborate with him to rectify a supposed issue. However, I politely refused and informed him that I would get in touch with Virgin Media directly instead, making it clear that I wouldn't disclose any personal information over the phone.
