Got a call from a bloke with an Asian accent saying he was from BT Openreach, claiming my computer had a virus and he was here to sort it out. When I told him I reckoned he was just a scammer, he started calling me names, proper rude stuff. I hung up straight away. Then he rang back a minute later, asked why I ended the call, and went on with the same swear words again. Completely cheeky.

Got a call from some bloke, sounded like he was from Asia, saying there was an issue with my BT internet security. I decided to humour him for a bit to waste his time and hopefully stop him ringing other people. He wasn’t too pleased as he phoned me back twice. By the third call, I just stayed quiet and left the phone on for a good while.
