Some bloke rang, claiming to be from BT and moaning about my internet being slow or something daft like that. Honestly, I’m not daft enough to fall for that. I hung up and blocked the number, but then they just went and phoned me right away from a different one, asking why I'd blocked them. Proper cheeky!

They take cash straight from your bank, definitely a BT scam. Wouldn't recommend talking to the ITT folks at all.

I got a call claiming to be from BT’s tech team about my sluggish broadband. The person on the line had a really strong foreign accent and started asking me loads of questions. Then he passed me on to his “supervisor,” who bragged about being really skilled with these issues. When he told me to press certain keys on my keyboard, something felt off, so I just hung up. I rang the official BT scam line afterwards, and they confirmed it was pretty much a scam.
