Got a call from a Safestyle Windows rep. Even though I asked for the call, he said it was too far for him to come out to me in North Somerset unless I was ready to buy there and then. Told him if he wasn’t willing to make the trip, then I wasn’t interested in buying at all. If this guy’s the rep for my area, they really need to rethink how they handle customers!

I keep getting calls from this company trying to sell me windows. Given everything going on right now, I don’t understand how they think it’s okay to bother me. I’m 80 years old and really don’t appreciate all these annoying calls.

Safestyle UK in Exeter has been a nightmare! Honestly, they were pushy, downright rude, and kept pestering me to buy a door even though we just had a full set of windows put in. The calls started less than 10 minutes after the installers left, and the salesperson even asked if I lived alone! When I didn’t give him the answers he wanted, he hung up on me in a really bad temper. I reported this straight to head office, but after reading other reviews, I’m not expecting much. Just hope this stops them from hassling vulnerable folks like me.

They just don’t get it, won’t accept no as an answer. Honestly, if I wanted new windows, I wouldn’t be calling Safestyle at all. Why are they so persistent, can’t they just let folks be? My hubby picked up the phone and he’s just too polite for his own good. Next time I’ll be the one to answer it. They’ve already called me three times this morning and it’s only half past twelve!

Like others have said here, this seems pretty much harmless. I got a call and then they just dropped the line. Right after, I rang their main customer service number and made a complaint straight away. They really ought to be taken off their list completely, and a formal complaint filed. Don’t just put up with it! Give them a bell and make sure they know it’s not on, these annoying cold calls should stop!

It's been Safestyle calling me off and on for ages now. I've gone ahead and blocked the number, but they still manage to leave these super short, like 1 second, voicemails! Such annoying pests!
