I had a natter about my internet connection, and let me tell you, the woman on the other end had such a thick accent that I struggled to catch a word of what she was saying. She kept banging on about my router and whether I had various devices connected. To be honest, it all felt a bit bewildering, so in the end, I decided to hang up, as I was utterly lost in the conversation!
