My partner got a call today from someone pretending to be me! It’s not the first time either since my Facebook got hacked by some dodgy character. They asked to speak with me - reckon this should definitely be reported to the police.

Some bloke rang me, already knowing my name, chatting about life insurance and how he could check if mine covered everything properly. Trouble is, he wasn’t from the company I use. When I called him out on it, he just laughed and said, “We’re not actually salespeople.” Then he went on and on recommending all these different life insurance firms. It felt quite odd to be honest, especially as he kept saying it wasn’t a cold call - which clearly it was.
