I picked up and immediately ended the call.

Today, I got a phone call from this number and some bloke with a foreign accent was talking about the energy crisis. I told him straight away that I wasn’t interested and ended the call. I’ve received around four calls like this recently from people with foreign accents, so I reckon it’s a scam!

I received a rather dodgy call from someone claiming to discuss an accident I was apparently part of a few months back. They were keen to assist me in filing a compensation claim for being a victim of this non-existent incident. Quite amusingly, I’ve had no such accident, so I decided to cut this scammer off and blocked their number.

What's the point in ringing me just to drop the call? They've been at it a couple of times daily, so I ended up blocking the number. It's getting a bit much.

I got a call from someone saying my car had been hit. I told them they actually dialled my husband's number, but since I'm the account holder, they must have got my details from O2. After that, the caller started threatening both me and my husband.
