Creative Savers are absolute nuisances! They keep ringing non-stop. I got myself a referee’s whistle, so now whenever they phone, I mumble through a few answers, enough to catch their ear. Then, as soon as they ask me to shout up, I just blow the whistle right in their ear!

They've rung me up five times in just one week. Every time I don’t reply to their questions, they threaten they’ll just keep ringing until I do. Feels like they're harassing me, doesn’t it?

I get calls from Creative Savers probably about 5 to 10 times every week. I never actually take their survey, I just tell them they're probably just throwing their money and time away. They usually hang up pretty quickly after that. The longest I've managed to keep one on the phone without giving any answers was about 3 minutes and 15 seconds.

Got a couple of calls from Creative Savers, about a day apart. The bloke said his name was Peter Thompson. First time I told them to stop ringing, but they still phoned me again. They were ringing from somewhere in South-East Asia, which I found a bit suspicious. I warned the guy I'd report him to OFCOM, although not sure if that’s much use with calls coming from abroad. Still, it made me feel like I was doing something. If they bother me again, I’m definitely going to get the police involved.

So, got another call from Creative Savers but this time from another number, 02406 178889. This was on the 20th of January 2017 around 5:15pm. I had to repeat a few times asking them to say who they were properly, and then out of nowhere, THEY just ended the call. Seems like when they figured out I wasn’t going to fall for it, they gave up.

I’ve been getting loads of calls from these guys, like 6 times a day right now. Everytime I tell them to stop, they say they won’t ring me again, but then they just keep doing it. I’m not 100% certain this was the number they used because when I called back 1471 showed the number as private. A bloke with a very English name said he was ringing on behalf of Creative Savers. When I asked, he explained he was based in Southeast Asia but working for a firm in the UK. I told him I’m on the TPS list and that the UK company was acting illegally by having him call me. To my surprise, he actually said sorry for the trouble.

Every time I answer, I make it clear I’m not interested and refuse to answer their questions, asking them to take me off their contact list. It’s worrying that they already have my name and address - makes you wonder what other info they’ve got on us. Honestly, these calls need to be stopped for good.

Today we had a call from someone claiming to be 'Creative Savers', with an Asian accent. The guy wouldn't tell us any number to call back, just kept begging my husband to talk and promised he wouldn’t ring again. My husband just hung up on him. It's really annoying and a bit worrying how these calls from Asian operators keep coming. I reckon they might be earning a tiny bit for every call they make. What’s the best way to block them? I guess leaving the answerphone on all the time might be the only option.

He started off with the standard survey questions and somehow already had my home address. The call went on for nearly five minutes. Despite having that number blocked on my phone, it still came through without the normal prompt asking if I wanted to take the call. If my line wasn’t needed for work, I’d switch it to a premium rate one just so I’d get something back for all the time they’re wasting. It's beyond me why phone providers don’t cut them off after receiving tons of complaints.
