Got a call from some bloke claiming to be from the National Crime Association. He said there was suspicious activity on my bank account, that it was gonna be frozen and that there was a warrant out for my arrest. He told me to press 1 to sort it out. Thankfully, I’m pretty clued up on these scam calls, but I reckon this would scare the pants off older people.

They mentioned my name and then promptly disconnected the call.

This person called twice already, speaking so softly and asking for my husband by his first name. When I told them he wasn’t around, they wanted to know when he might call back. Pretty sure it’s the same bloke who’s been really rude and swore loads the last couple of times.
