This week, i keep getting those robocalls from some American bloke and also this woman with an Asian accent pretending to be from "BT" with the same rubbish story. One morning, i even got 4 calls back to back on my landline. My phone's with Virgin so i know it's all just nonsense. There’s gotta be a way to block these annoying calls, right? They’re driving me mad!

Back in 2019, I kept getting loads of calls from women with American accents. They’d say something about my computer being hacked from California and tell me to press 1 or 2 for BT?? Total scam, without a doubt. These calls are definitely still going strong. Best thing to do is just ignore them and delete the message straight away!

Just got a call from this number about 15 mins back, repeating the exact same spiel others mentioned. Honestly, these con artists deserve to be behind bars with no chance of getting out! They even pretend it's a Scottish number to trick people into answering. This should be totally banned. Best not to answer or touch any buttons at all.

So I got this call on a Saturday afternoon from some American woman claiming she was with BT, saying my phone line was infected and I'd be disconnected unless I paid to fix it. Luckily, I wasn't home to answer properly or I would've told her it’s a scam. Seriously, don’t fall for it, just hang up straight away!

I’ve got this BT Call Guardian thing (it’s included with some cordless phones) and honestly, if someone won’t leave a message or use the Announced Caller feature, I just don’t bother picking up or calling back. Pretty straightforward to me.
