I got a call from a recorded voice saying it was “Bank Security” worried about some big purchases on my Amazon account. They told me to press 1 to speak to someone. But I’ve heard that pressing buttons like that can actually charge you fees and try to steal your details. So I just ended the call and put the number straight onto block.

Some automated American voice called me saying my flight to California was confirmed and to press a button to talk to an agent. Thing is, I've never been on a plane or made any travel plans at all. Definitely a scam.

Got an automated message from someone saying "Bank Security" about dodgy VISA transactions at Tesco and also the London Stock Exchange, but they never said which bank. It was the first time I've come across this particular recorded scam. When I asked if the call was legit, they just cut me off.
