I keep receiving messages from this number claiming there are outstanding payments on my account, but I'm well aware that all my financial obligations are managed through direct debits and are perfectly organised. They don’t even mention my name; just provide some reference number and a contact number, stating there's a problem with my account and they’re unable to retrieve this month’s dues. The odd thing is, I’ve never authorised any direct debits with them. They say they're from Cap Resolve, but I have a feeling this is dodgy. Not keen on engaging with them!
