4 monthsThis number’s just a pain and obviously a scam, make sure you block it!4 monthsGot a call claiming to be from O2 saying I needed a new SIM card. I told them I was busy and ended the call. Then, they rang me right back from 07846 641527, which I found had other complaints against it. When I questioned why they were ringing from a mobile number, they denied it and said it wasn’t true!!4 monthsGot three calls from this number in a few days. Each time, dead silence before they just drop the call. Looks like one of those tricks to bait you into ringing back, but then they redirect the call to what sounds like a South African line, meaning you get stung with big international charges. It’s a typical scam, especially if you don’t have controls on your phone bill.5 monthsI put the call on speaker and waited for someone to say something... but there was just silence. So, I ended up hanging up and blocking the number.5 monthsGot a call from someone who claimed to be O2. When I mentioned I wasn't a customer, they insisted my number belonged to O2 anyway. They kept pushing to switch my phone plan to some “better offer,” despite me not being with O2 at all and my contract still having loads of time left. Proper annoying!5 monthsThey rang but didn’t leave any message. We make sure to screen all incoming calls here.5 monthsGot a call from someone saying they were Sky maintenance, but we don’t even have Sky, so I just ended the call.SkySubmit Your Own Report (01384 982400)
