Today I received a supposedly 'automated' message claiming that my broadband service with BT was about to be cut off. They urged me to press 2 for more details and to speak to someone from their 'service team'. Of course, I didn't press anything and rang BT directly. They confirmed it was a scam - they don’t contact customers like that, especially not in such an aggressive way. BT quickly added the number to my block list. Honestly, don’t get fooled by this nonsense, it’s just another ridiculous scam!
