Got a call from someone claiming to be BT warning us our phone line would be disconnected. We’ve had calls like this before so just ignored it since there was no good reason to take it seriously. Earlier that same day, we got another call with no caller ID saying money had been taken from our bank account and to press 1 for info. I reckon these might be the same scammers working their tricks together, probably from around 6th August 2019.
