I received a call from what claimed to be BT, and it was quite alarming! They spun a sinister tale about my account being hacked and insisted they could remedy the situation. In truth, however, it felt like they were the ones attempting to pull a fast one on me. It’s shocking how desperate some people can be!

I received a recorded voicemail from this number, claiming that my internet service had been compromised and urging me to press 1 to speak with the next available representative. It's a notorious scam, if you ask me.
