I’ve been quite troubled by this number pestering me for several days now, leaving voicemails that are utterly silent and only a couple of seconds long. It feels like it's verging on harassment, and I’ve dubbed it “silent harassment.” I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number, so do keep your wits about you; I’d advise against picking up calls from numbers you don’t recognise!
