There’s this person who keeps ringing me, asking for a Mrs Rankin. I’ve told them loads of times she’s not at this address, but the calls don’t stop. They always say their first name, but the moment I ask which company they are from, they just hang up. It’s really frustrating.

I got a call saying there was an issue with one of our computers. Since we own quite a few, I asked which one they meant, but they just ignored my question. They claimed someone had installed a programme that could let hackers into the system. Given that we have strong anti-virus protection, I doubted this was true. So, I ended the call right away.
