I got a call from a woman with an accent I couldn’t place, claiming she was from Guaranteed Telecom. She kept going on about blocking nuisance calls and said she needed to “verify” my card details for a monthly fee on my phone. I was distracted trying to understand her and only afterwards twigged she was fishing for way too much info!

Got a robocall saying my internet router was hacked and they asked me to press a number so some ‘engineer’ could ring me back. Suspicious as hell!
