NEVER, EVER PUSH ANY KEYS WHEN SOMEONE PRESSURES YOU OVER THE PHONE. That whole thing about cutting your internet off? Classic scam. Honestly, phone companies are hopeless - they could block these scammers so quick but nope, they're too busy chasing profits. It's not like it'd be complicated for them to spot and shut down these pest calls, but they just don't bother.
