Got a few calls from this woman, Pam, who kept asking for different folks in the same team but by name each time. She couldn’t explain what it was about, just said some guy named Randy told her to ring and connect him with those people. Problem is, she had no clue about Randy’s last name or even which company they were both with. I told her straight up, if she doesn’t know where she works, there’s no way I can put her through to my colleagues.

Got a call from someone who kept asking for a chap by name but wouldn’t say why. He said his name was Victor and he was ringing about Randy. Whenever I tried to ask anything, he just hung up on me. Really odd behaviour.

They kept ringing every office landline demanding to speak to someone named Season or some other random person. I just gave them a piece of my mind and slammed the phone down.
