I wasn’t about to hand over my bill details, especially since I struggle to read them because of my eyesight. I stood my ground when he kept pushing, and eventually I told him I’d talk it over with my husband and handle it on our own. The whole thing felt off enough that I had to look up the number here.

Got a call yesterday evening about 7pm, mentioned that our number was listed on the TPS and the woman on the line seemed clueless about what the TPS actually was. She then handed me over to a Manager who started saying that TPS was just for 'Sales Calls'. When I explained that it covers both Sales and Marketing, he still argued his point like he knew better. Proper muppet. Definitely reporting this to Ofcom.
