Today I got a call about PPI, saying I’d started something I have no clue about. I do hold an account with the bank they mentioned, but it all felt a bit off. I rang the number back and got put through to a bloke at their Birmingham office (postcode B1 2HF). When I asked how they got my details, he was pretty vague and avoided giving a clear answer. He denied any investigation by the FSA and gave me their MOJ licence number instead. After I pushed a bit more, he finally agreed to take my info off their system.
