There was a strong foreign accent and so much noise in the background, I could hardly catch what they were saying. They also totally messed up my name!

Got a ring from someone called "Anastasia" claiming to be from Domestic and General, telling me my washing machine's warranty was about to end. She knew my name, which was a bit suspicious. I told her I don’t even own a washing machine, so it couldn’t be true. She said sorry and just ended the call right after. Sounds like typical cold call sales tactics or maybe even a scam to me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a call from them either.

I keep getting calls from 1376748125 every few weeks. Sometimes it’s some bloke asking for this Mr Charles, who’s a total stranger to me, other times it’s just dead silent. The voice on the line isn't English sounding either, seems more Asian or something. Really annoying.
