Today, I got a call from someone who said she was Rose at TalkTalk, but her English had a thick Asian accent. She was talking about my internet service. I told her I was actually pleased she called, as I'd been getting loads of calls from supposed TalkTalk reps who were really scammers, and asked if she could tell me how to handle them. She immediately passed me to a manager, whose English was nearly impossible to understand. I asked him the same question about dealing with scammers, but he just carried on talking about my internet. Then I asked him for my “personal TalkTalk password” which I made up, and he said it was 2012. I told him that was wrong and asked if he was a fraud too, then he suddenly hung up on me.

Got a call from some people acting like they were from TalkTalk, but it was obvious they were trying to scam me. Definitely dodgy.
